Experimental technique to thin out thick nasal tip skin - using tattoo equipment (MMP) to instill triamcinolone

I was thinking about possible ways to thin the skin of the nasal tip in preparation for or after a rhinoplasty. Why don't we investigate the administration of triamcinolone to bulbous regions of thick nasal tip skin using tattoo equipment? It seems this might work because it would reach the dermis only. Microdosing would reduce risk of irregular skin atrophy/dents. Has been successfully tried for alopecia areata in study. It did not harm the skin. Doi: 10.1159/000506314
